UN: Syrian Troops and Rebels Recruiting Children
Syrian troops and rebels are recruiting children to fight in the country's civil war and some have been tortured by government forces for having links to the opposition, a new United Nations report released Wednesday found.
The report said that children are recruited, killed, maimed or raped in a slew of countries including Afghanistan, Chad, Congo, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan and Yemen.
