A new informational app for the iPad and iPhone to help employers and employees better understand what is a trade secret or a covenant not to compete has been released by Balough Law Offices, LLC.
The Trade Secrets app allows employers and employees to follow a road map of simple questions to help them determine if they have a trade secret and whether e trade secret is adequately protected. In addition, the app presents questions on if there might be a valid covenant not to compete in states where such covenants are enforceable.
